Ally O’Rourke-Barrett is a visionary educator and consultant dedicated to transforming the way students learn. As a founding member of The Grayson School, Pennsylvania's first independent school for gifted learners, Ally served as Director of Project-Based Learning and played a pivotal role in creating and shaping its innovative educational model. Throughout her tenure, she crafted a groundbreaking Pre-K through 12th-grade project-based learning framework and led the development of a portfolio and competency-based assessment system in collaboration with the Mastery Transcript Consortium.

With a talent for creating immersive and unforgettable learning experiences, Ally empowers educators to design rich, multidimensional programs that nurture students' intrinsic curiosity while challenging them to tackle authentic, real-world problems. Her work reflects a commitment to fostering joy, creativity, resilience, and deep engagement for every student. Based in Philadelphia, Ally brings her expertise and enthusiasm to schools and educators worldwide, offering tailored solutions to inspire lasting change.
